Bakery product with resistant wheat starch.

INGREDIENTS: water – resistant wheat starch (15%) – gluten (wheat) – lard – high oleic sunflower oil – wheat fibre – salt – emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetal origin) – raising agent: baking powders (disodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch) – acidity corrector: citric acid – preservative: potassium sorbate. The highlighted products may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people. May contain: peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), lupin, barley, milk, sesame, soy and eggs.

The new format is even more practical and convenient. Unlike the 480g packaging with 4 piadine, the new 560g pack contains 7 piadine: 80 grams of goodness as a gift!

PREPARATION: Heat the piadina 1 minute per side in the pan and fill it. Once it is filled, it can be heated at will.

The substitution of digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal contributes to the reduction of the increase in postprandial blood glucose.
