They are composed of medium chain fatty acids (MCFA), and they have the ability to break down easily without the help of digestive enzymes, thus representing a rapid source of energy. Coconut oil, 100% VEGAN AND WITH ZERO CARBOHYDRATES, comes in a solid form, similar to the consistency of butter, and melts when it reaches 24 °C. In addition, deodorization allows you to obtain an oil with a delicate flavour and neutral smell, excellent as a condiment and suitable for all types of dishes!
